Terms of Service for Rally

By downloading, installing, or using Rally, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use Rally.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rally. By using Rally, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information
• Not sharing your credentials with others

You agree NOT to:

• Post false or misleading match results
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use Rally for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

You retain ownership of content you post on Rally. By posting, you grant Rally a license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app.

Rally reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

ELO ratings are calculated based on confirmed match results. Rally is not responsible for disputes between players. The match confirmation system exists to ensure accuracy.

Any attempt to manipulate ratings through false match logging may result in account suspension.

Rally offers optional paid subscriptions (Pro and Elite tiers). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per App Store / Play Store policies.

Rally reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Rally is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate ELO calculations
• Data loss
• Downtime or service interruptions
• Actions of other users

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of major changes via email or in-app notification.
