Personal Information

• Approximate location (such as city and country)
• This is used to enable features like discovering nearby players

User-Generated Content

• Match results
• Performance statistics
• Profile information

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain app functionality
• Create and manage your account
• Display your profile and match history
• Help you discover and connect with other players
• Improve user experience

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your information is only used within Rally to provide core features.

We store your data securely and take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We keep your data only for as long as your account exists, so that Rally can show you your own history:

• Account and profile information — kept until you delete your account.
• Match results, ratings and training records — kept until you delete your account, because they are the history the app exists to keep.
• Academy attendance and check-in records — kept until you delete your account, or until the academy removes you from its roster, whichever happens first.
• Photos and other uploads — kept until you delete the content or your account.

When you delete your account, the data above is removed from our active systems within 30 days. A limited amount of information may be held for longer where the law requires it, or to prevent fraud and abuse; it is deleted once that purpose ends.

You can delete your Rally account and its data at any time. There are two ways:

• In the app — open Settings, tap Delete Account, and confirm. This removes your account immediately.
• By email — write to info@playrally.app with the subject “Account Deletion Request”, from or quoting your registered email address. We process these within 5–7 business days.

Deleting your account removes your profile, your match history and performance data, your training records, your posts and uploads, and your academy attendance records.

You can also:

• Update your profile information at any time
• Choose what information to display publicly
• Turn off push notifications from your device settings

Rally is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
